In fact, many of our Full-Spectrum CBD tincture customers have realized that Hemp Oil is a fantastic addition to many healthy recipes. A little Hemp Oil goes a long way and delivers powerful results for your culinary enjoyment.

Hemp Oil-Infused Fluffy Eggless Pancakes
If you’re looking for a quick and easy hot breakfast, these fluffy eggless pancakes can be whipped up in less than 15 minutes! And, if you’d like a healthier version, use whole wheat flour. You’ll get plenty of iron, calcium, and fiber from a stack of piping-hot whole wheat pancakes.
Fluffy Eggless Pancakes Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tbs. vegetable oil
- 1 cup milk
- 2tbs. butter
- 1 tbs. water
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture
- Optional Ingredients
- Bananas
- Blueberries
- Honey
- Fresh strawberries
- Maple syrup
Fluffy Eggless Pancakes Directions
- Combine and whisk together dry ingredients.
- In a separate 2-cup measuring glass, add milk, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extra and mix thoroughly.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and lightly whisk. Avoid over-mixing, even if lumps appear. Set to the side for a few minutes.
- Using a large skillet, set on medium-high heat and melt the butter. Once the butter is fully melted, swirl in the pan to cover the entire bottom.
- Now, pour the melted butter on top of your pancake mix and add the desired amount of Hemp Oil. This recipe makes 6 large pancakes, enough for two people. So, be sure to add enough Hemp Oil for two. Blend your melted butter and Hemp Oil into the pancake batter.
- Measure out ⅓ cup of pancake batter for each pancake; a large skillet should easily accommodate two pancakes at a time. Cook until bubbles appear on the face of the pancake.
- Flip and cook the other side for an equal amount of time.
- Vegan Option: substitute milk with almond, hemp, oat milk or other non-dairy beverage; substitute butter with vegan butter
Pancakes are an undeniably versatile food. So, let your imagination soar when it comes to adding optional toppings! If you’re on a special diet, try the vegan option, with healthy whole grain flour, unrefined sugars, and plant-based oils like Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil.

Homemade Hemp Oil-Based Pesto Sauce Recipe
This recipe makes a good amount of pesto sauce (more than you’ll need for the above recipe). But, don’t fret: the sauce will keep well for at least a week if placed in an airtight container in the refrigerator. In addition, homemade pesto sauce is a good source of phytochemicals and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.
Homemade Pesto Sauce Ingredients
- ½ cup pine nuts
- 3 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 6 cups basil leaves
- ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture
Homemade Pesto Sauce Directions
- Toast pine nuts on a rimmed cookie sheet in a preheated 350° oven until golden brown (about 5 minutes), tossing once halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. When no longer hot to the touch, pour into your food processor.
- Add the parmesan cheese and garlic and pulse to a fine grind (about 1 minute).
- Add the basil and put the lid back on. While running at a low speed, slowly pour in the olive oil, salt, and desired amount of Hemp Oil. In about 1 minute, the pesto should be smooth and bright green.
- Use ½ cup in the above recipe and place the remainder in an airtight container. Add a layer of olive oil to prevent browning and refrigerate.
Hemp Oil-Infused Chicken Rice Bowl

Chicken Rice Bowl Ingredients
- 1 cup jasmine rice
- 1 cup of water

- Set a large skillet on the stove at medium heat and add the olive oil. Once heated, add the chicken breasts and baby carrots and cook until the chicken pieces are well-done. For the last minute of cooking, sauté the almonds and onions with the chicken and carrots until they are coated with the juices.
- Place the rice in a large serving bowl, then add the chicken and carrot mixture on top. Gently drizzle with Hemp Oil and then toss lightly.
- Serve immediately.

A Sweet Finish Fit for Kings
You now have Hemp Oil recipes to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, if you’re like most people, a little sweet treat after dinner is always appreciated and enjoyed. So, we’ve concocted the perfect Hemp Oil dessert for you.
Hemp Oil-Based Shortbread
This is a simple recipe requiring few ingredients and taking less than an hour (including baking) to make. More importantly, you’ll end up with a delicious batch of Hemp Oil-infused shortbread bites that’ll last you for over a week. Of course, you’ll have to refrigerate them in a covered container and protect them from midnight snackers.
Shortbread Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup of sugar
- ¼ tsp salt
- ½ cup butter
- Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture
Shortbread Directions
- Preheat the oven to 300°.
- Add together the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix with a whisk or pastry cutter.
- Add the butter, rubbing it in with your fingers or cutting it in with the pastry cutter. It will first be crumbly and then gradually form into a ball of cookie dough.
- Form the dough into a ball and then flatten it out (either use a rolling pin or your hands) on a flour-dusted surface and cut out some cookies. The dough is fragile. So, if you’re using a rolling pin, roll carefully and gently press simultaneously. Dust the top of the dough with flour so that the rolling pin doesn’t stick.
- Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray. Sprinkle a light dusting of sugar over the cookies.
- Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, then place on a cooling rack.
- Using your Hemp Oil dropper, place the same number of drops on each cookie as they’re cooling. They should be cool enough to enjoy in 30 minutes.
- Vegan Option: substitute butter with vegan butter
Your shortbread recipe should yield about a dozen cookies, each about ¼ inch thick and 1 inch in diameter. By using an equal number of drops for each cookie, you also know precisely how much Hemp Oil each shortbread cookie contains. This Hemp Oil treat is a fitting finale to a great meal. If you’re looking for more treats, these magnificent hemp-infused recipes should fit the bill.
Hemp Oil Infusion Cooking Tips
For the most part, making popular dishes with Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture is as easy as preparing them without. However, the health benefits are unparalleled.
If you’re feeling adventurous, there are only a few things to know before integrating Hemp Oil into your regular cooking routine:
- Watch the Heat: At about 320°, evaporation occurs. Adding Hemp Oil to sauces after cooking preserves the integrity of the plant compounds.
- Effects Take Longer: Since you’ll be ingesting your Hemp Oil with food, it will need to pass through the digestive system before entering the bloodstream.
- It’s a Versatile Oil: Since Hemp Oil blends easily with other oils, include in recipes that require a measure of oil.
- Lighter Noticeable Effects: The effects won’t be as noticeable as a tincture under the tongue. However, the extra cannabinoids will do wonders for your digestive system.
- Mixing Alcohol: Hemp Oil doesn’t offset the effects of alcohol. Although Hemp Oil cocktails are growing in popularity, remember to drink responsibly.
