  1. We recommend either poaching or frying your eggs. However, you can cook them any way you like as long as they’ll stay on top of your toast.

Hemp Oil-Infused Fluffy Eggless Pancakes

If you’re looking for a quick and easy hot breakfast, these fluffy eggless pancakes can be whipped up in less than 15 minutes! And, if you’d like a healthier version, use whole wheat flour. You’ll get plenty of iron, calcium, and fiber from a stack of piping-hot whole wheat pancakes.

Fluffy Eggless Pancakes Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbs. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2tbs. butter
  • 1 tbs. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture
  • Optional Ingredients
    • Bananas
    • Blueberries
    • Honey
    • Fresh strawberries
    • Maple syrup

Fluffy Eggless Pancakes Directions

  1. Combine and whisk together dry ingredients.
  2. In a separate 2-cup measuring glass, add milk, vegetable oil, water, and vanilla extra and mix thoroughly.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and lightly whisk. Avoid over-mixing, even if lumps appear. Set to the side for a few minutes.
  4. Using a large skillet, set on medium-high heat and melt the butter. Once the butter is fully melted, swirl in the pan to cover the entire bottom.
  5. Now, pour the melted butter on top of your pancake mix and add the desired amount of Hemp Oil. This recipe makes 6 large pancakes, enough for two people. So, be sure to add enough Hemp Oil for two. Blend your melted butter and Hemp Oil into the pancake batter.
  6. Measure out ⅓ cup of pancake batter for each pancake; a large skillet should easily accommodate two pancakes at a time. Cook until bubbles appear on the face of the pancake.
  7. Flip and cook the other side for an equal amount of time.
  • Vegan Option: substitute milk with almond, hemp, oat milk or other non-dairy beverage; substitute butter with vegan butter

Pancakes are an undeniably versatile food. So, let your imagination soar when it comes to adding optional toppings! If you’re on a special diet, try the vegan option, with healthy whole grain flour, unrefined sugars, and plant-based oils like Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil.

Healthy Hemp Oil-Infused Recipe

A simple salad (add Hemp Oil to the dressing) and breadsticks on the side make this a complete and satisfying meal.

Homemade Hemp Oil-Based Pesto Sauce Recipe

This recipe makes a good amount of pesto sauce (more than you’ll need for the above recipe). But, don’t fret: the sauce will keep well for at least a week if placed in an airtight container in the refrigerator. In addition, homemade pesto sauce is a good source of phytochemicals and heart-healthy monounsaturated fats.

Homemade Pesto Sauce Ingredients

  • ½ cup pine nuts
  • 3 oz. parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
  • 6 cups basil leaves
  • ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture

Homemade Pesto Sauce Directions

  1. Toast pine nuts on a rimmed cookie sheet in a preheated 350° oven until golden brown (about 5 minutes), tossing once halfway through.
  2. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. When no longer hot to the touch, pour into your food processor.
  3. Add the parmesan cheese and garlic and pulse to a fine grind (about 1 minute).
  4. Add the basil and put the lid back on. While running at a low speed, slowly pour in the olive oil, salt, and desired amount of Hemp Oil. In about 1 minute, the pesto should be smooth and bright green.
  5. Use ½ cup in the above recipe and place the remainder in an airtight container. Add a layer of olive oil to prevent browning and refrigerate.

Hemp Oil-Infused Chicken Rice Bowl

This isn’t quite a casserole. However, you’ll combine all your ingredients at the end for a wonderful burst of flavor.

Chicken Rice Bowl Ingredients

  • 1 cup jasmine rice
  • 1 cup of water
  • Salt and butter
  • 3 tbs. olive oil
  • 2 chicken breasts, cubed
  • Baby carrots, diced
  • Almonds, sliced and toasted
  • Green onions, chopped
  • Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture

Chicken Rice Bowl Directions

  1. In a medium pot, bring the water to a boil, then add the jasmine rice, salt, and butter. Cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Set a large skillet on the stove at medium heat and add the olive oil. Once heated, add the chicken breasts and baby carrots and cook until the chicken pieces are well-done. For the last minute of cooking, sauté the almonds and onions with the chicken and carrots until they are coated with the juices.
  3. Place the rice in a large serving bowl, then add the chicken and carrot mixture on top. Gently drizzle with Hemp Oil and then toss lightly.
  4. Serve immediately.
  • Vegan Option: substitute chicken with fried tofu and white mushrooms; cook rice with vegan butter or olive oil
  • Meat Lovers Option: add (or replace chicken with) cubed beef tenderloin pieces
  • Pescatarian Option: substitute chicken with omega oil-rich salmon steaks (cooked whole)

Accompany this dish with baguette or breadsticks, using a small plate spread with a blend of olive oil and Hemp Oil for dipping.

A Sweet Finish Fit for Kings

You now have Hemp Oil recipes to cover breakfast, lunch, and dinner. However, if you’re like most people, a little sweet treat after dinner is always appreciated and enjoyed. So, we’ve concocted the perfect Hemp Oil dessert for you.

Hemp Oil-Based Shortbread

This is a simple recipe requiring few ingredients and taking less than an hour (including baking) to make. More importantly, you’ll end up with a delicious batch of Hemp Oil-infused shortbread bites that’ll last you for over a week. Of course, you’ll have to refrigerate them in a covered container and protect them from midnight snackers.

Shortbread Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ cup of sugar
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup butter
  • Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture

Shortbread Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°.
  2. Add together the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix with a whisk or pastry cutter.
  3. Add the butter, rubbing it in with your fingers or cutting it in with the pastry cutter. It will first be crumbly and then gradually form into a ball of cookie dough.
  4. Form the dough into a ball and then flatten it out (either use a rolling pin or your hands) on a flour-dusted surface and cut out some cookies. The dough is fragile. So, if you’re using a rolling pin, roll carefully and gently press simultaneously. Dust the top of the dough with flour so that the rolling pin doesn’t stick.
  5. Place the cookies on a parchment-lined baking tray. Sprinkle a light dusting of sugar over the cookies.
  6. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes, then place on a cooling rack.
  7. Using your Hemp Oil dropper, place the same number of drops on each cookie as they’re cooling. They should be cool enough to enjoy in 30 minutes.
  • Vegan Option: substitute butter with vegan butter

Your shortbread recipe should yield about a dozen cookies, each about ¼ inch thick and 1 inch in diameter. By using an equal number of drops for each cookie, you also know precisely how much Hemp Oil each shortbread cookie contains. This Hemp Oil treat is a fitting finale to a great meal. If you’re looking for more treats, these magnificent hemp-infused recipes should fit the bill.

Hemp Oil Infusion Cooking Tips

For the most part, making popular dishes with Synchronicity™ Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil Tincture is as easy as preparing them without. However, the health benefits are unparalleled.

If you’re feeling adventurous, there are only a few things to know before integrating Hemp Oil into your regular cooking routine:

  • Watch the Heat: At about 320°, evaporation occurs. Adding Hemp Oil to sauces after cooking preserves the integrity of the plant compounds.
  • Effects Take Longer: Since you’ll be ingesting your Hemp Oil with food, it will need to pass through the digestive system before entering the bloodstream.
  • It’s a Versatile Oil: Since Hemp Oil blends easily with other oils, include in recipes that require a measure of oil.
  • Lighter Noticeable Effects: The effects won’t be as noticeable as a tincture under the tongue. However, the extra cannabinoids will do wonders for your digestive system.
  • Mixing Alcohol: Hemp Oil doesn’t offset the effects of alcohol. Although Hemp Oil cocktails are growing in popularity, remember to drink responsibly.

Reinvent Your Look With Natural Hemp Oil Facial Cream

It’s safe to say that CBD is the trending new ingredient in skincare. You’ll find CBD in prepared foods, drinks, and even sports balm. Simultaneously, the celebrity world is abuzz with rumors of A-list actress Kristen Bell launching a CBD skincare line in fall 2020. Meanwhile, the skincare industry is taking note of the buzz and paying more attention to products like Hemp Oil facial cream.
However, our focus isn’t the latest fad. Instead, we base manufacturing decisions on the best available data.
So, what are the facts? Is it worth adding Hemp Oil to your skincare routine? The first thing to know is that the science around Hemp Oil facial cream is still in its infancy. Researchers continue to document the results of using it topically. But, the jury is still out on the actual pathways that lead to positive results. Still, one of the thrilling things about science is its rational and objective nature.
In that light, we’ll share the best available information about Hemp Oil and its skincare benefits.

How Homeostasis Benefits the Skin

Although the use of hemp is being studied for its mood and immune system benefits, the overarching way it works is by interacting with the endocannabinoid system, which maintains homeostasis in the body.
Homeostasis is simply the regulation of physiological processes in the body. However, everything the body does can be “overdone.” For example, inflammation constitutes an immune response to harmful stimuli like tissue damage. Although such a scenario aids the healing process, inflammation can cause health issues when it becomes chronic in nature. However, have no fear. The body can maintain homeostasis through actions like reducing fluid loss during dehydration or modulating the cascade of processes that cause inflammation.
It turns out that the skin also has its own endocannabinoid system, as well. Similar to the rest of the body, problems arise when the cutaneous endocannabinoid system experiences a disruption. Acne, psoriasis, allergic dermatitis, scleroderma, and pigment disorders may occur as a result of an imbalanced cutaneous endocannabinoid system.
However, just as Hemp Oil can help balance internal systems, it can also positively impact the endocannabinoid system. Below, we look at some ways Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil can help restore balance and soothe skin conditions.

Hemp Oil Facial Cream and Acne

There are three main ways hemp can help skin heal from acne. The first centers on its anti-inflammatory nature. Many acne treatments are harsh and can irritate the skin, leading to redness, swelling, and scarring. However, hemp decreases irritation, which then facilitates healing.
Another fascinating factor is the way hemp regulates sebum production. We know that excess oil manufactured by the skin is an important contributing factor to acne. This oil, known as sebum, builds up over time. And, it not only blocks pores but also gives bacteria a cozy hiding place to proliferate, leading to inflammation and infection.
However, hemp has been shown to normalize sebum production levels. One of the ways it does this is by inhibiting the overproduction of certain skin cells called sebocytes. These cells produce sebum, and people who have acne often have an over-abundance of them. Instead of a healthy level of sebocytes, the skin produces more than needed, leading to excessive amounts of sebum.

How Hemp's Antimicrobial Properties Help Dispel Acne

Hemp seems to reduce the over-production of these cells. However, it’s important to note that it won’t eradicate sebocytes altogether. After all, the skin needs to produce a certain amount of sebum to remain healthy. Destroying all the sebocytes will result in dry skin and other problems. Specifically, hemp helps by restoring balance so your skin can maintain a healthy level of sebum production.
Hemp has also been shown to contain substances that have antimicrobial properties. Unquestionably, bacteria is a huge contributor to acne. However, every part of the hemp plant can offer a defense against it. To be clear: a True Entourage Effect can only be experienced by leveraging all the beneficial compounds of the whole hemp plant. Using an isolated form of CBD won’t produce the same results.

Hemp Oil Facial Cream and Autoimmune Skin Conditions

An overactive immune system can cause skin disorders that damage the tissues of the body itself. One such autoimmune skin disorder is psoriasis. This is an inflammatory disease, causing redness, itching, and irritation. The skin also overproduces skin cells called keratinocytes, causing patches of thickened, flaky skin.
Many studies suggest that hemp has an anti-inflammatory effect, which may help reduce irritations from psoriasis. However, there’s also evidence that it may directly affect the proliferation of keratinocyte cell lines. Although it isn’t exactly clear how this happens, hemp appears to modulate this type of cell production. By tamping down on overproduction, the body can produce a normal level of keratinocytes.
This is one of the areas of hemp-based skincare that’s woefully understudied, possibly because of the complex nature of autoimmune disorders. At this stage, scientists will continue to gather information about hemp as a basis for further clinical trials.

Hemp's Regulation of Protein Expression in Cells That Produce Keratin

Meanwhile, a recent study tracked patients with a rare blistering disease called epidermolysis bullosa. These patients independently decided to use topical hemp oil and reported that it improved their condition in multiple ways. For example, they experienced faster wound healing, had fewer blisters, and felt less pain. In fact, some patients were even able to stop using the opioid pain medication they’d previously relied on.
Although there isn’t enough information to explain exactly how hemp affects autoimmune processes, we see rising evidence that it does.

Hemp Oil Facial Cream and Atopic Dermatitis

Also known as eczema, atopic dermatitis is a condition where the skin becomes prone to itchiness, redness, and roughness. It can be frustratingly resistant to treatment. Atopic dermatitis is also associated with allergies, which can be chronic in nature. In serious cases, doctors often treat patients with steroid creams, which are effective at reducing skin irritation. However, these creams can’t be used for very long because they lead to thinning of the skin over time.
Given hemp’s anti-inflammatory effects, it’s probably no surprise to hear that it may help reduce skin irritation. But, that’s not the only way it helps. By all appearances, hemp also repairs the skin’s barrier, often degraded in those with atopic dermatitis. The breakdown of the skin’s barrier is one of the factors that cause the skin to be extra sensitive to external stimuli.
Man Looking In Mirror Applying Face Cream
Hemp also seems to decrease histamine production and reduce the over-proliferation of immune-boosting mast cells. Reducing an over-active immune response is especially helpful for anyone whose atopic dermatitis is linked to allergies. Specifically, when an allergen triggers an immune response, it can exacerbate the skin condition. However, hemp can help impede immune system over-activity.

Hemp, Sebum, and Chronic Skin Disease

The regulation of sebum production mentioned earlier may be another benefit for those with atopic dermatitis, albeit with a twist. In this case, the skin tends to be too dry, with insufficient amounts of sebum. Thus, restoring balance may help soothe and heal the skin. While CBD can help reduce the over-production of sebum, other hemp cannabinoids like CBG and CBGV can help increase the skin’s production of oil when the skin isn’t making enough. Note, however, that these other cannabinoids aren’t present in skincare products labeled as CBD isolate.
Many of these cannabinoids also seem to reduce scarring, not just from the damage caused by atopic dermatitis but also from injury. All things considered, reducing inflammation and promoting healing will reduce the production of scar tissue. In addition, sufficient sebum production also keeps the skin moisturized. This helps prevent the formation of thicker scars.

Turning Back Time With Hemp Oil Facial Cream

Almost all of the above mentioned suggestions can help reduce the signs of aging. Decreasing inflammation, balancing sebum production, and promoting efficient healing are all important ways to keep skin luscious and resilient. When studying the effects of a hemp ointment on atopic dermatitis and scarring, researchers also found that study participants showed increased skin elasticity.
Hemp is a powerful antioxidant. One glance at the skincare aisle will tell you the important role antioxidants play in the battle against premature aging. All things considered, antioxidants offer restorative benefits, whether they’re taken internally or applied topically.
Yet, healing skin blemishes isn’t the only way to keep one’s youthful looks. Another way hemp helps reduce the signs of premature aging is by preventing UV damage. In fact, UV radiation breaks down collagen. However, studies show that hemp has a cytoprotective effect on the skin. It stimulates an antioxidant response, reduces inflammation, and also activates signaling pathways that work to protect skin cells.

The Hemp, the Whole Hemp, and Nothing but the Hemp

It’s vital to mention here that other compounds in the hemp plant may prove beneficial (other than CBD). The study that showed an increase in skin elasticity, for example, noted that it may be the result of other hemp-derived substances in the ointment, including essential fatty acids and phytosterols.
Meanwhile, another study explored the antioxidant properties of hemp by evaluating oils that were infused with it. Researchers say that antioxidant levels in hemp often don’t correspond to CBD levels. This is important because it shows that hemp’s antioxidant properties come from other substances besides CBD. Thus, we insist on the unique range of benefits afforded by Full-Spectrum Hemp Oil. CBD is a powerful compound, but it’s not the only one hemp has to offer.
